Every body in the world wants to better their living conditions, but they doesn’t want to work more. Without struggle they cannot achieve anything. They must work hard for that. Progress literally means moving forward. There will hardly be anyone in the world, who doesn’t want to better their life. Poor and deprived try their best to make both ends meet.
Unemployed fellow crave to get some job. Salaried persons want to improve their financial prospects by doing some extra work. Discontentment is felt when people compare their lot with that of others. This does not mean that most men are unhappy. It only means that sine most persons are not satisfied with their present lot, they try to improve it.
Feeling of inadequacy is a common feature of the human condition. It is this feeling of inadequacy or discontent that serves as the driving force behind human efforts forwards a better to-morrow, it need not be greed, it is rather than urge to excel which is indeed a noble human characteristic. However efforts to improve one’s lot should be genuine and not directed against others.
You need not react, whether or not the results are according to your expectations, because those results you will attain automatically from your hard work. Hard work never fails and it will bring your prosperity.
Stories of people attained success by hard work.

Having survived a bullet wound when he was shot at by fellow actor M.R. Radha in 1967 (which affected his speech). He was also having a paralytic stroke in 1984 with which he survived for three years thus acquiring the label 'thrice born'. When he died in 1987, his funeral procession was attended by over 2 million people!
